TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Terms of Service
A clear basis for using Quantum CRM responsibly.
Draft updated 12 October 2026
1. About these draft terms
Quantum Tech, based in Pakistan, provides the Quantum Tech website and is developing Quantum CRM. These proposed terms are published for review and are not yet a binding subscription agreement. Final terms, contact details and any applicable order form must be provided and accepted before customer onboarding.
2. The service
Quantum CRM is designed to help businesses manage customer conversations, assign work, manage support tickets and review service performance. Messaging and calling features depend on the integrations enabled for the client, provider availability and permissions. A demonstration or illustrative screen is not a guarantee that every feature is available.
Submitting a demo request does not create a subscription, reserve a confirmed meeting or incur a service fee.
3. Accounts and authorisation
A person connecting a business account must be authorised to act for that business. Clients are responsible for granting appropriate staff access, protecting account credentials, removing access when no longer needed and reporting suspected misuse. Only accounts and data that the client is entitled to use may be connected.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their messages, uploaded materials, customer notices and lawful grounds for processing customer information. They must comply with applicable law and the rules of connected platforms, including Meta and WhatsApp messaging requirements. Where calling or recording is enabled, clients must provide required notices and obtain required consent before recording.
The service must not be used for spam, deceptive or unlawful messages, harassment, unauthorised access, infringement, malicious software or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Clients must not upload information they are not authorised to share.
5. Client data and privacy
Clients retain their rights in the data they provide. They authorise Quantum Tech to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the agreed service and comply with applicable obligations. Our Privacy Policy draft explains the intended processing. The final service agreement will specify processing instructions, retention, deletion and any required data-processing terms.
Clients remain responsible for handling requests from their customers, with our assistance for information processed on their behalf.
6. Third-party platforms
Meta and other connected providers operate independently of Quantum Tech. Their approval processes, availability, pricing, messaging limits and account enforcement may affect integrations. Quantum Tech cannot guarantee platform approval, delivery of every message or uninterrupted third-party access. Connecting Quantum CRM does not remove a client’s responsibility to follow those providers’ terms.
7. Fees and service commitments
Subscription charges, billing periods, provider charges, cancellation, refunds and any support or availability commitments will be stated in the client’s agreed order form. No pricing or guaranteed service level is created by this draft. Features and support included in a subscription must be confirmed before purchase.
8. Intellectual property
Quantum Tech retains its rights in its software, branding and website content. Subject to the final agreement, clients receive permission to use the service for their internal business operations. Clients retain ownership of their own branding and content. Neither party acquires ownership of the other’s materials simply by using the service.
9. Suspension and ending service
The final agreement will provide for suspension where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, platform restrictions or material breaches. Where appropriate and permitted, clients will receive notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Termination, data export and deletion arrangements will be agreed before onboarding; ending a connection does not itself erase stored records.
10. Liability and disputes
The final customer agreement will set out applicable warranties, liability limits and dispute arrangements. Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The proposed governing law is that of Pakistan, subject to applicable mandatory law and any written client agreement.
11. Contact and updates
Business and privacy contact details will be published before customer onboarding. This draft may be revised as the service is prepared for launch. A final version will identify its effective date and the process for notifying clients of material changes.
