How information is used to keep customer conversations connected.

Draft updated 12 October 2026

Public draft for review

This document is being finalised before customer onboarding. Contact details and the direct privacy request process are pending. It is not a final customer agreement or a completed Meta review submission.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Quantum Tech is a business based in Pakistan developing Quantum CRM for retail and e-commerce customer service teams. This draft covers our website, demo requests and the proposed CRM service. The CRM provisions below describe the intended service where the relevant features are enabled; they do not mean every integration is currently available.

Quantum Tech is responsible for information collected for its own website and business enquiries. For customer conversations managed by a client, we process information on that client’s instructions. The client remains responsible for its relationship with its customers and its own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

  • Website enquiries: name, work email, company, optional phone number, team size, preferred demo date and any notes you submit.
  • CRM accounts: authorised users’ names, work contact information, access roles and account activity.
  • Connected Meta services: with the business’s authorisation and relevant permissions, business account identifiers, customer names, usernames or phone numbers made available by WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, message content, attachments, timestamps and delivery or read status.
  • Support records: tickets, notes, assignments and service performance information created within the CRM.
  • Calls, where enabled: call participants, timing, duration and status. Audio recordings would be processed only when recording is enabled and the client has provided the notices and obtained the consent required by applicable law.
  • Technical information: server and security logs, browser or device information and IP addresses processed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use website enquiry information to respond and arrange demonstrations. The proposed CRM uses connected data to show a shared inbox, send authorised replies, route conversations, manage tickets, support calls where available and report on customer service activity. We also use necessary information for authentication, troubleshooting, security and legal obligations.

Platform Data is used to provide the services requested by the connected business. We do not sell Platform Data, use it for unrelated advertising or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Who can access information

Information is available to the client’s authorised staff according to their access, and to Quantum Tech personnel or service providers where needed to operate, secure or support the service. Hosting, storage and communication providers may process information for these purposes. Messages sent through Meta services are also processed by Meta under its own terms and policies.

Information may be disclosed where legally required, to protect rights or investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Client data is not made available to other clients.

5. Storage, security and international processing

We use access restrictions and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Hosting and service providers may process information outside Pakistan; applicable transfer requirements must be addressed before customer onboarding.

6. Retention and deletion

Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, client instructions and applicable obligations. Client retention settings and any backup deletion periods will be confirmed in the final service documentation. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or dispute resolution, with access restricted to those purposes.

Disconnecting an integration stops future authorised access but does not necessarily delete records already received. Deletion of existing records must be requested separately.

7. Your choices and data requests

If you are a customer of a business using Quantum CRM, contact that business first to request access, correction or deletion of your customer service records. We will assist the client with requests relating to data we process for it. Business administrators may revoke Meta permissions through the relevant Meta account settings.

Privacy contact details will be published before customer onboarding. Quantum Tech’s direct request channel is not yet available. Once published, requests should identify the relevant business and account and describe the request. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity or authority; do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.

8. Cookies and external services

The service may use necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, preferences and security. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive your IP address and browser request information when fonts load. Any optional tracking introduced later will be explained and consent obtained where required.

9. Children and changes

Quantum CRM is intended for business users, not for children to create accounts. We may update this draft as the service is finalised. The date above identifies this version; material changes to a live service will be communicated as appropriate.
